My name is Julie Philpot and in 2011 I was the proud winner of best pudding in the Eastern Region, on ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish.
As a mother of three grown up children, living in Norwich, I have been cooking healthy meals for my family for many years. I have always had a great interest in cooking, since childhood, and have catered for groups of up to 100 people, buffet style and hosted many dinner parties.
I have attended cookery courses in both England and France to further my skills in patisserie and fine dining. Indeed, patisserie has become somewhat of a speciality due to it’s popularity with my customers.
I have also attended courses in floristry at Easton College learning many aspects, including wedding and funeral floristry.
As a professional cook, I hold a food Hygiene Certificate (a five star rating from the Food Standards Agency), a Health and Safety Certificate, and am fully insured.
